and the very latest in engineering skill and expertise. We pre-manufacture
your home using the very best in panelized technology. Wall systems
come in several choices. Conventional insulation, expanded polystyrene
(EPS) insulation or stress skin panels being sheathing on both sides
with EPS in the middle in sandwich fashion. We cannot emphasize
enough, the importance of panelized construction.

We can build your home using your custom plans. Or we can build
your home using a plan selected from one of our standard pre-priced
home plans. You have the flexibility to change either your plans
or ours as your needs may determine. After choosing your plan,
we schedule your home for production and shipping in about 6 weeks.
From the minute your home enters the production process the quality
control process begins. The best of kiln dried materials and tolerances
to less than 2mm result in a home designed and built to highly
exacting standards. We offer two materials choices. Either oriented
strand board OSB, or plywood. This is a personal choice as both
products have distinct benefits. Your home can be as straight
forward as a basic package being the wood portion. The basic package
is the shell of the home without windows and doors but including
interior walls. You may choose packages from various degrees of
completion.
